Hi Paws & Pose family! 🐾

The holidays are coming up, and our books are already starting to fill! To ensure our current clients have an opportunity to get their pups in throughout the holiday season, we are going to temporarily close our books to new clients. We will announce when we are able to accept new pups again!

If you don’t already have your future appointments scheduled, we highly recommend giving us a call within the next few weeks to get on the books to secure your spot and get your dog looking their best for the holidays!

Something else we would like to touch base on is drop off and pick up time. With our salon having limited kennel space, it’s especially important to arrive on time for your appointment and pick up your pup within our 20 minute heads up we give you when they are about ready. This process keeps a steady flow for our salon.

Lastly, we have had a fair amount of last minute cancellations lately. While we do understand that things happen, same-day cancellations will result in a $25 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be applied to your next groom. This is to help compensate the groomer for missing out on that appointment.

We are very grateful for the continued support and loyalty from you all here at Paws&Pose. We are looking forward to glamming up your pups for the Holidays!
