We all want what’s best for our bearded dragons, but did you know that some of the products sold for them at pet stores may not always be the safest choice? 🦎🤔

Reptile hammocks are one of those products that have mixed opinions throughout the reptile community. Many of us see those popular seagrass hammocks at the pet store and assume they must be safe because they’re marketed for reptiles. Unfortunately, I recently learned that these hammocks can actually pose risks to our bearded friends. 😔

That’s why I’ve been doing more research into everything related to bearded dragon care! The more I learn, the more I realize how important it is to know what we’re putting in our dragons’ homes. 🌵💚

I know not everyone has the time to spend hours researching every product, so I’ve decided to share what I learn through these informational boards. My goal is to make helpful, easy-to-understand information available to other reptile owners so we can all make better choices for our bearded friends.
