The Situation: “We moved to a new house, it’s in the country and it’s so quiet. You’d think our dog would stop her barking! Why is she barking MORE at the new house?!”
The solution: Your dog is barking more because there is no “background noise.” It’s the eery quiet that creeps us out too, but they are waiting for “the pin to drop.” They are used to constant noise - sirens, vehicles, kids outside, dogs barking - now there’s just an eery quiet. Turn on a radio, tv or a sound machine for them. 💕
