The Hathaway Hill horses and riders had a great time at World Equestrian Center Winter Classic #18.

Top Gun and Marin continue to impress winning ribbons in the Low Children's Equitation and earned 8th in the Low Children's Hunter Classic!

Jimmy and Katie were fast all week winning the Amateur Jumper 1.00m 2.1 speed class on Saturday!

Claas and Katelyn won on Thursday in the 1.20m Jumper 2.1 speed class and finished 6th in the 1.30m Futures Prix!

🐎 Weekend Barn Staff Needed – Hathaway Hill (Lebanon, OH)

Hathaway Hill, a premier, bustling equestrian facility caring for 50+ horses, is seeking a passionate, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our weekend team.
If you love horses and take pride in a meticulously kept barn, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Morning Routine: Efficient feeding, turnout, and safe handling of horses.

Stall Maintenance: Mucking and cleaning stalls to high standards.

Health Monitoring: Observing herd health and reporting any details to management.

General Barn Tasks: Keeping aisles and common areas clean.

Requirements:
*Must be able to handle demanding, fast-paced work.
*Close attention to detail regarding equine safety and care.
*Must be available weekends (morning focus, occasional evening).

This position begins with a paid, one-week working trial, followed by a formal 30-day review of performance and compensation to align with your experience level.

The EAP is a 5-day regional training program held at 10 locations nationwide, designed to help athletes further develop their riding, horsemanship, and education skills. There are two pathways offered at these sessions:

Riding: Work with top clinicians with instruction focused on flatwork, gymnastics, and course work.
§ This year we have REMOVED the previous 1.35m jumping requirement to make the program more accessible.

Non-Riding: Gain behind-the-scenes management experience and intensive instruction on horse care and competition barn operations.

No matter the pathway, there are top exhibitors chosen at each location who are given the chance to compete at the National Training Session where they will further their education by learning from Olympic Medalist Joe Fargis and stable manager Colleen Reed.

To apply for EAP, applicants must meet a few requirements and apply by April 1.
