Day 3: SUMMER ‘S litter of ten all have families and are thriving! Bath day for momma today; whelping area is cleaned every day to keep puppies safe and healthy.

Good news for SUMMER! She delivered a healthy litter of 10 puppies late last night. Heaven forbid we should do it during the day! The balance wasn’t super – three females and seven males. But all puppies are looking great and mama as well. Still sorting out the reservation lists as we find out whether people are happy with a male instead of a female and so on, but it will all get sorted out within the next day.
