This little red tuxedo beauty has me swooning over her! It's no secret that I'm OBSESSED with reds! I can NOT wait for the day where we have an all red tuxedo litter of micros. In fact I already have the litter themed picked out.

The starting lineup is set!

We’re excited to introduce “The Buzzer Be**ers”, a litter inspired by the two things our 9-year-old son loves most: his dog Lavy and basketball.

Lavy has always been our oldest son’s favorite dog, so when he found out we were having more Lavy babies, he asked to be part of choosing the litter theme. Basketball isn’t just a sport he likes—it’s something he genuinely loves. His 2nd word as a baby was “ball.” He learned to crawl and then walk chasing after a basketball and got his first hoop as a 1 year old. He is obsessed with all things Michael Jordan and Steph Curry. He spends countless hours training on the court with his Uncle, watching basketball games, shooting hoops with his Dad, following his favorite players, and finding any excuse to have a basketball in his hands. So, when we told him we were expecting another Lavy litter, he immediately knew exactly what he wanted to do: name the puppies after basketball. And honestly, we couldn’t think of a better way to let him be part of it.

We had way too much fun coming up with names that fit the theme—and this crew definitely has a full roster.

We’re thrilled to announce our newest starting lineup.

MJ @ 10 Weeks Old

This girl! Maeve is our keeper puppy from Ivy's retirement litter. I'm beyond grateful to have not only 1 but 2 of Ivy's daughters in our program.

MJ has it all with health, temperament, and beauty. She is the dream and golden standard for Bernedoodles.

We love this girl deeply and can't wait for her future here at 3|17 Korte Bernedoodles.

Introducing Maeve's Guardian Family

We are Tim and Kari Tarvin.

We live in Shelby, Ohio. We love to travel, spend time with friends but the highlight of our lives is spending time with our family which includes nine grandchildren and a four yr. old mini Bernedoodle.

Last fall we reserved a spot with 3|17 Korte Bernedoodle for a mini or micro Bernedoodle not knowing whether it would be Summer or Fall. While we patiently waited, we started seeing videos and pics of Maeve Juniper which was from Momma Ivy Mae’s last litter. I was instantly drawn to her and we just felt like we needed to take a leap and be the Guardian Family for sweet Maeve.

Making the decision to provide a home for Maeve is one that we don’t regret. She is fun, curious, lovable, wants to please, is a cuddler but is also content having her quiet time to rest and just watch us.

We are so excited and very blessed to watch her grow and see her personality unfold even further. Needless to say, in a very short time, we have fallen completely in love with Maeve Juniper.

Pink Collar Female - Joy

This little one was not in favor of taking pictures in our traditional newborn pose. She much rather preferred laying on her stomach like this pose.

I love capturing these little moments. Snapshots that give you a tiny glimpse into newborn life.

I have to admit, this is one of my favorites from our newborn photo shoot with Cozy x Boone's "Bundles of Joy" litter.

Let's chat about reviews.

Recently, we were attacked in our reviews from an anti doodle breeder woman. It was a complete false claim and our website and countless puppy family reviews can disprove it. The review was simply left to spread hate.

One of the most frustrating aspects of social media is that anyone can leave you a review without ever speaking to you or taking time to review our program. For example, the negative review stated that we"provided no health testing" when in fact all of our health tested is posted on our website for everyone to see. It's public knowledge.

It's sad we live in a world with internet trolls who have nothing better to do than to spread hate towards others. Why anyone would feel the need to attack someone they have never spoken to blows my mind.

We will rise above. We will continue to showcase our program. Our reviews from actual puppy families will speak for themselves. Good will always outweigh evil.

Thank you to "The Cherian" family for taking the time to write such a thoughtful review. Your words brought so much light into a moment that was meant to tear us down. We appreciate your continued support!

This is who we are. This is who we will continue to be!

New Litter Announcement

We are proud to introduce Cozy x Boone's beautiful "Bundles Of Joy" litter!

These F1 standard Bernedoodles were born on a day that will forever be linked to Cozy's Guardian Family. What a privilege it is to share such a personal story from "The Boettcher Family" below.

"On August 11, 2024, our sweet Lexi girl passed away. She was one who helped us discover the unconditional love of a dog. Lexi had been by our side for 14 1/2 years and was a source of joy through everyday moments and life-altering milestones. We weren't sure if and how any other dog could come close to replacing her.

8 months of being on the "Priority List" for a 3|17 Korte Bernedoodle puppy, we were encouraged to consider the possibility of becoming a Guardian Family for a Bernese Mountain Dog puppy. With our hearts set on a Bernedoodle, we politely declined the first offer form Kelly, but had been admiring the 16 week old puppy named Cozy Cate ever since.

We eventually decided to take a chance and trust fate by welcoming Cozy into our home and quickly fell in love with the quirky and sweet side of the Bernese breed. We knew without a doubt that we'd made the right decision of bringing Cozy into our lives.

If ever there was a doubt, what happened on August 11th, 2026 provided us with all the clarity and resolution we'll ever need. 2 years after Lexi's passing, to the exact day, Cozy welcomed her first litter of Bernedoodle puppies into the world. 6 absolute "bundles of joy" who will fill 6 voids for 6 lucky families in need of a blessing.

What a full circle moment and a beautiful sign from God that Cozy might have actually been the one to choose us all along. For us, her first litter is an amazing reminder that things we lose have a way of coming back to us in the end. Every cloud has a silver lining."

Puppies, puppies, puppies . . .

Indy is confirmed pregnant! Our house is going to be full of so much newborn bliss!

Indy was bred to our boy Cruz for our 2nd ever litter of ultra medium tri colored Bernedoodles. If you followed along during our "Out With A Bang" litter you know how incredible these ultra babies are bound to be.

Indy and Cruz have both completed their full genetic panel, OFA prelims hips, elbows, and PennHIP. All testing results are located on "Our Parent Dog" section on our website.
