Zara’s practice line from today 200 yards with two 90’s. I forgot to start the Go-Pro for the first 75 yards 🤦‍♂️, but she once again showed me awesome work today. I started recording at the “wound bed” you can see at the beginning of the video. Next weekend, we will increase distance and age and reduce the amount of blood used. This is fun to watch, but obviously not a challenge for her. I want to keep it fun but also put her to the test.

200 Yards 1.5-2 oz of blood aged 3 hours. I forgot to start the go-pro and didn't notice for about 75 yards.

Zara's first official practice session outside of the backyard. 175-200 yards 1 oz of blood aged only 1 hour. (Hotline) she showed exceptional drive, focus, dedication, and loved every minute of it. Tomorrow we let the line age further. Superb work for 3 1/2 months old.

Zara's 1st practice line that was not in the backyard. Overall I'm supper happy with her focus, work and drive she kept throughout this line.

As we approach the end of the year, I would like to wish everyone a happy New Year's Eve. I am excited to see tracking and harvest pictures from this year's hunting excursions. If you are willing to share your experiences, please post a photo in the comments. Today marks the last day of the hunting season, and I would like to extend my best wishes to all hunters trying to fill their tags. After work, I will be heading to my stand for a final evening sit, hoping to fill my doe tag. I hope everyone has had a successful and memorable hunting season. Until next tracking season…
