Hi! I’m updating how I am going to be scheduling appointments moving forward to hopefully create some work/life balance. I am a one woman show at the moment. I want to have my days off to recoup and be ready to give your dogs a positive and happy spa appointment.
Going forward I will not be answering any messages on my days off. To keep a flexible schedule for my clients because I know not everyone has the same days available, my day off Monday-Friday may change. Sundays I will not be answering any messages.
If you call or text Monday-Friday after 5pm or Saturdays after 2pm, I will return your call or text the following day, if the following day happens to be my day off, please be patient as I will return your inquiry the next day I am working. Please do not feel like I am ignoring inquiries for my services, I will return your messages. I do see all calls and texts as my business phone is also my personal phone.
I will update Facebook and my voicemail, if possible, for any long stretches of time I will be off and not able to answer messages.
I am a new business owner and trying to figure out what will work for me to keep giving your dogs the best and most positive experience! Thank you for your patience!

Hi! First, let me start by saying I am very thankful for all the business and clients I have come to know and love! As I have become quite busy, which is a blessing, I am starting to limit the number of large dogs I am able to accommodate. Any new dog over 50lbs in need of a haircut, I, unfortunately, will not be able to schedule at this time (examples: Golden Retrievers, large Doodles, Australian Shepherds). Large dogs do take a lot more time and work which can also be hard on a groomers body, and I want to make sure I can keep grooming for as long as I physically can. I also want to make ensure I can accommodate the clients I already have a relationship with.
Don't worry, for all existing clients with large dogs, I will still continue to groom and care for them, along with any new additions to the family!
I am in the process of training a new dog groomer. I will start scheduling large dogs with her when she is ready and up to my standards with her grooms!

Hi! Just want to let everyone know that I did get a new booking system! I do want to make sure I have every clients correct information, I will be starting to send out an email or texts for clients that have appointment booked already, starting Monday the 24th, to fill out the client intake form. You will also be sent a Client/Dog Groomer agreement form once your appointment is in the system. Both these forms are a one time input. If you cannot fill out these forms for any reason or if you encounter any issues with the link or the form, please reach out at (585)861-0031 and we will get it figured out. If I already have your dogs Rabies vaccination expiration dates please do not worry about filling that part out, I will go through and input those myself. I want to make this switch as breezy as possible! Thank you! 💕🐾
