Long weekend plans? Keep your pets in mind.

Whether you are traveling or hosting, a few reminders for the holiday:

- Cookout foods like bones, onions, and xylitol are dangerous.
- Make sure prevention is current before travel.
- Update ID tags and microchip information.
- Give anxious pets a quiet space away from guests.

Have a safe and happy Labor Day!

September is National Pet Wellness Month.

Annual exams are the single best thing you can do for your pet's long-term health. They let us catch small problems before they become big ones, often before you would notice anything is wrong.

Wellness is always cheaper, and easier, than treatment.

When was your pet's last checkup? Call us at (812) 537-0884 to schedule today!

Please help us congratulate Dedra Fee, our Employee of the Month!
Since joining our team as our Lead Veterinary Technician, Dedra has been an incredible leader and an amazing teammate. She always goes above and beyond for our patients, clients, and staff, and she’s someone everyone can count on.
Before joining our clinic, Dedra worked in emergency veterinary medicine, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience that has been such a valuable addition to our team. She’s always willing to share what she knows, help teach others, and step in wherever she’s needed.
Dedra does an amazing job making clients feel comfortable and informed while creating a positive learning environment for our technicians and assistants. Her compassion, leadership, and dedication make a difference every single day, and we’re so thankful to have her on our team.

🌟Employee of the Month: Evan Schnebelt🌟
Please join us in congratulating Evan Schnebelt, our Employee of the Month!
Evan first joined the clinic during his senior year of high school as a job-shadowing student with the Southeastern Career Center. His dedication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic showed, and he was quickly offered a position with us. Evan has become a valued member of our clinic, serving as both a Veterinary Assistant and a Customer Service Representative.
Today, Evan is a sophomore at the University of Cincinnati, where he is studying Biology of Animals on a pre-veterinary track. His passion for veterinary medicine is evident in everything he does and he always brings a smile.
Thank you, Evan, for your hard work, dedication, and the care you provide to our patients and clients every day. We are proud to have you at our clinic and look forward to seeing all that you accomplish in your future veterinary career!

Quality control is hard at work... or hardly working?
Pip found the warmest seat in the house and declared nap time.
Pet owner reminder: Cats are masters at hiding pain and illness. If your cat's eating habits, energy level, or litter box routine suddenly changes, it's a good idea to have them checked by your veterinarian.
