We were truly honored and grateful to receive the Community Partner of the Year Award at the Lawrence Humane Society 75th Annual Fur Ball last Thursday evening. For nearly 20 years, we’ve had the privilege of working closely with Lawrence Humane, and we’re incredibly grateful for all they do for the Lawrence community. We cherish our partnership and the opportunity to support their mission for another 20+ years!

We’d also like to recognize someone who makes our work with Lawrence Humane, and everything we do at Home Sweet Home, possible: Laura. For the last 13 years, Laura has worked tirelessly to ensure our dogs are in the very best hands and that we continue to be the best we can be for our community. As we grow to welcome Hair of the Dog Café and Ad Astra Urgent Veterinary Care to our Lawrence Pet Campus family, Laura has been instrumental in keeping Home Sweet Home moving forward while also helping bring these two exciting new projects to life.

Laura, thank you for everything you do—for our dogs, our team, and our community. We love and appreciate you more than words can say ❤️

And thank you to Kansas City Photographer - Matt Pool for capturing the evening for us!
