🐾💙 HAPPY NATIONAL VETERINARY TECHNICIAN WEEK! 💙🐾

Behind every healthy pet, every successful procedure, every wagging tail, and every comforting moment is a team of dedicated veterinary professionals who give their hearts to what they do. ❤️

This week, we're celebrating the incredible team at R Veterinary at Laurie!

Veterinary technicians and support staff wear more hats than most people realize. They're nurses, anesthetists, laboratory technicians, dental hygienists, phlebotomists, patient advocates, educators, professional animal snugglers, and occasionally expert negotiators with patients who have absolutely no intention of cooperating! 🐱🐶

They work long hours, handle difficult cases, celebrate victories, comfort families through heartbreak, and somehow still find the energy to love on the next patient who walks through our doors.

To our amazing team: THANK YOU! 💙

Thank you for your compassion, your dedication, your knowledge, your patience, and the countless things you do behind the scenes that our clients may never see. You are an essential part of what makes R Veterinary at the Lake such a special place.

🐾 Help us celebrate our incredible team! Drop a 💙 in the comments or share a kind word about a team member who has made a difference for you and your pet!

Because at R Veterinary, your pet is R Family, and these are some of the wonderful people who make that promise possible. ❤️

🚨🐈‍⬛ HELP US FIND TIPPY! 🐈‍⬛🚨

One of our R Veterinary at the Lake staff members is missing their beloved cat, Tippy, and we need your help bringing him home! ❤️

Tippy is a black, neutered male with very small white patches. He is microchipped but is not wearing a collar and normally does not spend time outside.

A distinctive detail: Tippy often holds his head tilted when he is scared.

Please check garages, sheds, under porches, and other quiet hiding spots. If you see him, please avoid chasing him and contact us with his location.

Tippy was last seen on Elm Tree Lane/ Laker Pride Drive.

📞 Call R Veterinary at the Lake: (573) 346-5733
📩 Or message our page if found or spotted.

Please share this post to help us get Tippy back to his family! 🐾

🐾 Little hands, big hearts, and furry best friends! ❤️

This week, Phoebe brought her friend Wyvern in and handled her for the visit all by herself!

There’s something special about the bond between kids and pets. From backyard adventures to bedtime snuggles, our animals become part of the memories our children carry for a lifetime.

At R Veterinary at Laurie, we love helping families care for the pets they’re growing up with! Teaching kids to use gentle hands, respect a pet’s space, and help with age-appropriate care is a wonderful way to build kindness and responsibility.

Remember to supervise young children around pets and give animals a quiet place to rest when they need a break. The best friendships grow when everyone feels safe and comfortable. 🐶🐱

📸 Does your child have a furry best friend? Share a photo in the comments—we’d love to see them!
