We’re making a few exciting upgrades at Friendship Veterinary Center, all designed to make your visits easier and your pet’s care more seamless. Here’s what to expect.
A Smarter, More Connected Experience: On Monday, May 18, 2026, we’re launching a new medical records system designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of our services, ensuring we continue to provide the highest level of care for your pets. This means:
· Faster access to your pet’s medical history
· More accurate records
· Easier communication with our team
Temporary Hours for a Smooth Transition: To ensure a successful transition, we will have a delayed opening at 1:00pm on Monday, May 18. We recommend requesting any medication refills ahead of time - our team is happy to help.
Stay Connected with Reminders: Starting May 18, the PetOne Veterinary mobile app (formerly Happy Healthy Pets) will be temporarily unavailable while we make updates behind the scenes. You’ll still receive important reminders by text and email, so you won’t miss anything related to your pet’s care. We’ll let you know as soon as the app is back online.
Enhanced Online Booking: Our online booking service will also be receiving an upgrade. While it will be briefly unavailable starting Friday, May 15, we’ll let you know as soon as the improved system is back up and running.
Extra Care, Extra Time: As our team gets up to speed with the new system, some visits may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience as we make this transition to deliver a smoother, more personalized pet care experience for you and your pet.
