At first glance, you see a certificate recognizing learning and achievement. But look a little closer, and you’ll see everything that happened behind the scenes to earn it.
✨ Dedication. Showing up, putting in the work, and committing to growth.
✨ Partnership. Learning to communicate, trust, and work together with a 1,000-pound teammate.
✨ Courage. Trying something new, unfamiliar, difficult, or even a little scary.
✨ Perseverance. Choosing to Saddle Up Anyway—even when the task feels hard, even when confidence is shaky, and even when that little voice says, “I don’t think I can do this.”
✨ GRIT. Because real growth doesn’t happen when everything comes easily.
At 3E’s, our completion certificates aren’t participation awards. They are earned through demonstrated mastery of 15 or more specific horsemanship and riding skills throughout a student’s lessons. Each certificate represents skills practiced, challenges overcome, confidence built, and meaningful learning demonstrated.
And perhaps the most important part? The certificate only tells you what they accomplished. It doesn’t tell you everything they had to overcome to get there.
Congratulations, Madison! We are so proud of your hard work, dedication, determination, and all that you’ve learned. You’ve earned every bit of this recognition!
