We’re excited to welcome our newest Veterinary Assistant, Jessica, to the CDVRH family! 💙
Jessica’s connection with CDVRH began as a client, when her dogs needed care after an unexpected encounter with a porcupine. After experiencing firsthand the compassion and support our team provides, she knew this was the kind of environment she wanted to be part of.
Jessica is eager to jump in, assist with the wide variety of cases we see, and continue growing in her career as she works toward becoming a Licensed Veterinary Technician.
Fun fact: Jessica loves anchovies on her pizza! 🍕🐟

At CDVRH we have a Culture Ambassador Team that reminds us that we need to take a break, have fun, and enjoy one another. This week they tested our artistic abilities and had us paint birdhouses. They've organized hikes, cookouts, Easter egg hunts, and many other activities. We're lucky to have such an amazing team.

It’s National Pet First Aid Awareness Month 🩹 With the warmer weather approaching, everyone is more likely to be out with their pets at parks, on vacations, and in new areas. Being prepared is important for your pet’s safety.

We recommend always carrying a pet first aid kit stocked with items that are unexpired and that you know how to use. For example, your kit could include items such as nonstick bandages, adhesive bandage tape, towels, and absorbent gauze pads to control bleeding.
