🐾 Exciting Changes Are Coming to Craig Road Animal Hospital!
Beginning October 28, 2026, we will be transitioning to a new practice management system called Instinct!
This upgrade will help us streamline our daily operations and provide an even better experience for you and your pets. ❤️
As our team adjusts to the new system, you may experience slightly longer wait times during check-in, check-out, and phone calls. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this transition. Rest assured, your pet's care will remain our top priority!
📱 Important Updates: MyPetWellness & Rapport
As part of this transition, we will be discontinuing our use of MyPetWellness and Rapport.
The MyPetWellness app will no longer be available after October 27, 2026, and we will also be discontinuing Rapport for client communications.
But don't worry! Your pet's medical records will remain safe and accessible through our hospital. Instinct will also offer a new client portal to help make communicating with our team easier. We'll share more information, including how to get started, as soon as it's available!
In the meantime, please contact us directly at 702-645-0331 for appointment scheduling, prescription refill requests, or copies of your pet's medical records.
