Got a new dog? Don't know where to start? Here are some suggestions:

Communication- Marker training, setting boundaries. Strategy with your words, sometimes silence is key.

Engagement- Play!! Find what excites your dog and use it! Be exciting for your dog!

Control- This comes with knowing your dog and what you want. A long lead so you can ensure they return for recall or avoiding situations and people to avoid practicing bad behavior.

So proud of Radr, Zeus & of course myself!

Background, I cannot leave the boys alone, they need to be managed very carefully. Leaning on my personal dog's obedience, and Zeus with his new manners/obedience I was so happy to be able to work them in tandem!

This builds handler bond and trust and strengthens neutrality between them!

This boy is EXCELLENT around various settings. He has a great off switch, and is working on his manners.

Zeus is not only here so I can help him, but so my dutch gets the experience as well!
Radr is dog reactive, but his impulse control and obedience has been fantastic! (That is about a year and a half in the making, very small steps)

Sniffing is an excellent way to tire your dog out and use his brain!
