Santa in the Shipwreck
December 20 - 24 - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Shell-ebrate the holiday season with Santa in the Shipwreck, a beloved holiday tradition at Shark Reef Aquarium inside Mandalay Bay.

Guests can enjoy festive appearances by Santa Jaws, a complimentary photo for kids ages 12 and under with paid Shark Reef admission, and a heartwarming farewell as Santa prepares for his journey back to the North Pole.

Each afternoon at 4:00pm, Santa takes the magic even deeper - suiting up for a special underwater dive in the Shipwreck exhibit. It’s a one-of-a-kind holiday moment you won’t want to miss before he swims off to the North Pole.

Shark Reef Aquarium’s Hallow-Reef will return for 2025 at Mandalay Bay. The aquarium’s exhibits and tunnels will transform into spooky chambers and corridors with trick-or-treaters, costumes and jack-o-lanterns. Guests (and ghouls) can celebrate the Halloween season while exploring unique creatures of land and sea.

October 25 (Sat), 26 (Sun) and 31 (Fri)
10:00 am to 8:00 pm; Last Admission at 7:00 pm
Free candy/Trick or Treating to all children 12 and under
Educational and fun activities for kids of all ages in the classroom from 10 am to 4 pm
$5.00 Admission to all children ages 5 -12 in costume (Shark Reef Only)
Must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

$10 Tuesdays continue at Shark Reef Aquarium at Mandalay Bay!

As a thank you to the community for 25 Fin-tastic years of aquatic fun and wonder, we are offering discounted admission for Nevada Residents on Tuesdays until August 26.

Please present your state issued Nevada ID at the Shark Reef Box Office to purchase the discounted admissions valid for all ages 5 and older. Due to the popularity of this offer, tickets are sold by entry time based on the capacity of the aquarium and may sell out before our closing time.
