Some days are heavier than others.
This job isn’t just puppy kisses and cute cuddles (even though we get a lot of that too). It’s early mornings, late nights, full schedules, and making sure everyone—my clients and my own pack of 7—is cared for no matter what.
Lately, I’ve been a little burnt out. And I think it’s important to be real about that.
On top of that, I’m also navigating my own health challenges, and some days can be tougher than others. But honestly… the pets in my life make even the hard days a little more bearable. They’re a big part of what keeps me going. 🐾💚
Because even when I’m tired—or not feeling my best—I still show up.
Every walk. Every visit. Every overnight.
Your pets still get the same love, patience, and care I give my own—because this isn’t just a job for me, it’s my heart.
I don’t plan on stopping unless my body literally makes me… but I have learned to slow down a bit. I’m taking on fewer new clients and being more mindful of my limits, so I can continue showing up and giving my best to the pets and people who rely on me.
I’m so incredibly grateful for my clients who have been supportive, kind, and flexible—especially on the days I’m trying my best even when I don’t feel my best. That kind of understanding means everything to me.
I wouldn’t trade this life for anything. Thank you for trusting me with your babies. 🐾💚
