It’s a common myth that our desert heat keeps pests away. In reality, fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes (which carry Heartworm) are active year-round in our community.

​As the weather warms up, these "uninvited guests" become even more active. Prevention is much easier and more affordable than treating a full-blown infestation or a parasitic disease.
