Today, our team received a handwritten note from a pet parent who wanted to personally thank us for the intimate and meaningful experience shared as we helped little Scruffy find peace. 💙🐾

We were genuinely moved. Gestures like this warm our hearts—especially for those of us whose job is to guide families through some of the hardest moments they’ll ever face.
Ending a pet’s suffering is an act of love, but it comes with witnessing the pain, the doubts, and the heartbreak of the families who must make such a difficult choice.

Knowing that our presence brought comfort, dignity, and support means more than words can say.
