We usually share the fun stuff — dogs playing, learning new skills, and all the cute moments in between. But THIS is what it’s really about.

Helping owners understand their dogs better. Helping families learn what they can do differently so life feels good for everyone — both humans and dogs 🐾

Miss Noodle here had developed a fear of grandma after one negative experience (I know… poor grandma 😳). My job was to help Noodle stop associating grandma with that scary moment and rebuild trust in a way that felt safe and fair for everyone involved.

Progress doesn’t happen overnight, but with consistency, patience, and helping grandma understand that every dog communicates differently, they’ve been making HUGE strides together 💛

Messages like:
“Thank you again for your help, we can’t put into words how great it feels to know how to approach this in a way that feels ok to Noodle.”

…that’s what it’s REALLY about 🥹

Kiwi 💛

This sweet girl is STILL waiting for her FURever home… after YEARS. But no matter how long it takes, we’re committed to helping her experience as much love, structure, and normalcy as possible.

Kiwi is very dog selective, so with the help of my son and a few of our calmest, most social dogs, we carefully introduced her to supervised group time while muzzled.

Did we try removing the muzzle? Yes. Was she ready yet? Not quite — and that’s okay. Progress isn’t always linear. We’ll keep advocating for her, building her confidence, and helping her learn that making friends can be safe and fun. 🐾

Kiwi deserves a chance just like any other dog.

Meet Arlo 🤍

This handsome guy recently lost his longtime sitter/boarder, so meeting new people and being in a new environment can feel a little overwhelming for him (hence the muzzle at first — safety and comfort always come first).

That’s okay though — we move at *his* pace. Right now we’re doing short visits to help him build trust, get comfortable with me, and settle into his new surroundings.

Our goal is simple: make sure Arlo feels safe, confident, and cared for so his humans can enjoy their future vacations knowing their best boy is in good hands 🐾
