🚨💔 SOS! RETRIEVER RESCUE OF LAS VEGAS MAY HAVE TO CLOSE! 💔🚨
WE NEVER THOUGHT WE'D WRITE THIS.
Our rescue bank account is OVER $2,600 NEGATIVE—and our monthly veterinary bills haven't even been paid. We are heartbroken, terrified, and desperately asking for help.
We are an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We've saved thousands of dogs from puppy mills, dog meat farms, death-row shelters, chains, starvation, abuse, and neglect. We've fought for dogs with broken limbs, tumors, painful hips, infections, and devastating illnesses.
We've paid for surgeries, amputations, chemotherapy, dentals, bloodwork, medications, vaccines, spay/neuter, boarding, food, training, and transport.
And we'd do it again. BECAUSE THEIR LIVES MATTER. ❤️🐾
But love doesn't pay the bills. 💔
We are criticized for our $500 adoption donation, yet that amount often doesn't come close to covering one dog's care. A single surgery can cost thousands. Several dogs are undergoing chemotherapy. Every life we save brings expenses we cannot meet without donations.
RIGHT NOW, WE ARE DROWNING.
Donations have slowed, bills keep coming, and we are running out of options. The thought of closing—and leaving dogs waiting in cages or on chains without our help—is crushing.
PLEASE DON'T LET THIS BE THE END OF OUR STORY. 🙏
$5, $10, $25, $50—EVERY dollar matters. If you can't give, PLEASE SHARE. Ask your friends, family, or employer about sponsorship or donation matching.
