DOGS WHO TRAIN WITH THEIR HUMANS ARE SIGNIFICANTLY MORE LIKELY TO HAVE FUN, GET TREATS, AND THINK THEIR HUMANS ARE PRETTY AWESOME.

Sources say the humans may also experience increased tail wags, better communication, and an unreasonable amount of dog hair.

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day! 🇺🇸

While you're celebrating, don't forget that the holiday can be one of the most stressful days of the year for our pets. A little preparation can help keep them safe and comfortable.

🐾 Keep pets safely indoors during the festivities. 🐾 If they need to go outside, always use a leash—even in a fenced yard—and make sure they're wearing ID tags with current contact information. 🐾 Exercise your dog early in the day before the fireworks and celebrations begin. 🐾 Provide enrichment, such as food puzzles, chews, or sniffing activities, to help keep them occupied. 🐾 Create a quiet, comfortable indoor space where they can relax while the celebrations are happening outside—white or brown noise is helpful to drown out the fireworks.
