These adorable little guys need a forever home. My father found them yesterday morning in a gutter on his job site in Clearwater. They are 4-5 weeks old and we would love to find them a home together. Message me if you or someone you know are interested.

⚠️Heat Wave Alert!⚠️

With the temperatures rising, please be aware that all dogs can easily overheat, in particular brachycephalic breeds as listed below!

Warning signs to look for:

🔹Excessive or loud panting
🔹Extreme thirst
🔹Thick saliva
🔹Vomiting
🔹Increased heart rate
🔹Bright red tongue & pale gums

To prevent your dog from over heating, walk your dog during the cooler hours (early morning or evening) & on soft ground rather than pavement to protect their paw pads.

It is also suggested that using frozen ice packs or frozen water to cool your dog down can have the opposite effect, therefore cool water is sufficient.

⚠️Remember⚠️ - dogs don't sweat like humans & have to pant & sweat through their paws to cool down making it much more difficult for them!
