I like to use the flakes listed in link here. Others use the oil and add it to the water. Personally I like the flakes bcz I can spoil them. HOWEVER this one may be the only reason they like you 😂. They spoil fast on this one 😂😆 so it's up to you on how often you give it but there is a time when it's really beneficial to give it daily for a time. I will share this later.
