🐾 A friendly but IMPORTANT reminder about missed appointments 🐾

Our groomers earn commission, which means when your dog doesn’t show up, your groomer doesn’t get paid. We reserve time specifically for your pet, and a missed appointment often leaves an opening we cannot fill. This directly affects both our groomers’ income and our small business.

Please keep our policy in mind:

💜 A $30 no-show fee per dog/per appointment must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
💜 A deposit may also be required for your next appointment.

Our automated reminder texts are a courtesy, not a guarantee. Please make sure we have your correct phone number and keep track of your scheduled appointment. Not receiving a reminder does not waive the no-show fee.

We understand that things happen! If you cannot make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we have a chance to offer that time to another customer. And the no-show fee WILL be charged if not within 24hours.

Happy Late Mothers Day!!! We are now starting to get a lot stricter on leaving a 30$ deposit when booking appointments! The deposit is non-refundable. With us getting more and more no-shows this seems to be the most logical way to move forward. If you do not want your card on file you are more than welcome to come bring us cash but no spot will be put on hold for you! Thank you for understanding!

As we are getting more and more No-Shows this year we are getting strict on our policy.(most of our no shows are new dogs! which is why we may start requiring a 30$ deposit for new dogs) Please keep in mind that if you cancel a few hours or a few minutes before your appointment we cannot find someone to replace your dog's appointment. That's why we require a 24 hour notice so we can try and replace your appointment. Here is our policy so everyone can get a refresh. We have posted them on here and even when you are confirming your appointments.
