CHURRO & CHALUPA had their first visit at Crest View Animal Clinic, LLC this morning! They got their exam and first vaccines from Dr Hiller and then made their rounds with the staff! Here they are pictured with Nick! A very good, positive start at the Vet for our pups!

Churro & Chalupa are now 9 1/2 weeks old and officially available for Adoption. We wanted to give our FB fans a headstart before posting them online. If you’ve been following their story and wish to adopt, please fill out an application at www.companimals.org.

Picture of Mom and Dad in the comments. They are some sort of Chihuahua mix but were born with nub tales and short legs – and more stocky like a Corgi or JRT.

Anytime you put your heart and soul into something, you have your ups and downs and yesterday was a total roller coaster ride for us.

The good news was that the remaining two Beagles, DAISY & BUTTER BEAN were adopted! Daisy by a wonderful couple in Lancaster PA and Butter Bean by her foster mom, Teri 🥰. It seemed like we had the beagles for a while but, looking back, it was only a few months from when they were dropped off, went to Foster homes, got all their medical stuff out of the way and then were adopted! That’s lightning fast around here!

COOKIE, who had been with us since 2019, unfortunately reached the end of our journey and we had to say goodbye Nonantum Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Palmer helped her cross to The Rainbow Bridge. We knew she was slowing down, her back end was giving her a hard time, she stopped thinking that other dogs should die along her walks and yesterday morning, she couldn’t get up and had lost her appetite. Her loving and attentive foster mom, Robyn, called us to make the appointment. We don’t know why she never found her forever home – I guess her forever home was with us and with Robyn’s family. What we are proud of and what helps our grief, is that we supported her to the very end which we do for all of our pets, whether they live out their lives with us or in an adoptive home. Rest in Peace, Cookie, and know that you were loved. 🍪

KITTEN SEASON is upon us and, whether you are adopting for the first time or stocking up, this raffle is for you! A collection of kitty themed items for you and your cat! A window seat (our puppies slightly chewed on some of the corners but it is fully functional and otherwise brand spanking new). We’re Back in Bunny Business!
OREO & DINAH joined us this weekend, from two separate homes.

Both are very sweet and were well taken care of. Oreo is a 1 yr old boy bun and Dinah looks to be part Lionhead. Her age is unknown because she was originally found in a field. They aren’t up on the website yet, as we are still getting to know them but if you’re looking for a house Bunny, please fill out an application at www.companimals.org. 🐰
