Before the day is over, we have to recognize its special significance. Today would have been the 17th birthday of Oscar Meyer von Boulware, so here's a happy picture of him. Sweet boy!!

I guess to celebrate in his own way, Filbert decided to jump in the fish pond for his first swim! He seemed to like it - thought I was going to have to go in after him to turn him around back towards shore!

These two have cried for each other when we temporarily separated them! So they are reunited again until Kevin Boulware ...

I ❤️ going to the river to sniff around! This trail is in our neighborhood, so we go often. I can smell all kinds of wildlife - deer, hogs, foxes, possums, and more. I even got my feet wet in the water!
