They were delayed a bit on their journey to East Texas from Lancaster, CA. Spending the weekend in a Los Angeles USPS processing facility wasn’t the plan, but they’ve arrived in time to be viable just the same.

Two dozen Bourbon Red Turkey eggs have started their journey towards living on this old farm. They can be fragile little critters through incubation and making it to adulthood. We’ve been successful before and I am looking forward to the challenge once more.

The flyer you see in this picture, was affixed inside the box covering the well packed passengers. I am keeping it near to them and it was worthy of sharing. Thank you A V Bird Hatchery for this beautiful reminder of God’s Grace. I sure do appreciate seeing a fellow farmer spreading the good news.
