Medical summary:
Shorty is an approximately 12-year-old male neutered Shih Tzu.
He came into the care center as a stray on 5/19/23.
He was seen to have debris in both of his ears, missing teeth with dental tartar, and to have irritation to his skin.
He was started on ear medications and an oral antibiotic for his skin. He had discharge in his eyes and some older dog eye changes (nuclear sclerosis). Shorty also has a soft growth on his abdomen near his umbilicus and mass on dorsal neck.
He was started on eye medications.
