Rescue Procedures:
Fill out our Rescue Commitment Form and include your organization's 501c3 paperwork - https://form.jotform.com/210326735056047

Adoption/Rescue Fees:*
$100 per dog includes spay or neuter, age-appropriate vaccines, and microchip
$80 per cat includes spay or neuter, vaccines, and microchip

We’re just TWO DAYS AWAY from our Hope for Change event, and Hope is ready! Just look at her modeling her very own Hope for Change shirt. 🥹❤️ Could she be any more adorable?

Join us Saturday, August 29 from 11 AM–2 PM at Hollywood Feed in Indian Land (1150 Sherbrooke Ave - Lowe's Foods Shopping Center) as we come together to show our support for stronger protections and a better future for the animals of Lancaster County.

Come meet Hope, pick up your Hope for Change T-shirt, meet adoptable dogs, learn about the changes we're advocating for, and find out how YOU can help create meaningful change for animals in Lancaster County.

We’ve also invited members of Lancaster County Council to join us, and we’re hopeful they’ll be able to attend and connect with our community. ❤️

Hope’s story touched hearts across our community, but she is only one of far too many animals who suffer from neglect, abuse, abandonment, and irresponsible breeding.

Dook’s story started with a Good Samaritan doing the right thing—bringing him safely to the shelter. 💙 We hoped someone would come looking for him… but just like so many others, Dook went unclaimed.

And honestly? Their loss is going to be someone else’s greatest gain.

At just 1 year old, Dook absolutely LOVES life. He loves people. He loves other dogs. He’s playful, happy, goofy, and ready to soak up every bit of life he can!

He would make the BEST adventure buddy. 🏃‍♀️🐕 Take him on the walk, hike, road trip, or backyard adventure, get all that puppy energy out… and then come home, curl up on the couch, and let him snuggle beside you. ❤️

Dook has so much love to give and an entire lifetime ahead of him. He just needs someone willing to make him part of theirs.

Don’t let this sweet boy become another one who gets overlooked. Come meet Dook. He’s ready for his forever.

❇️ $300 Heartworm Sponsorship Available
Once adopted or rescued, $300 will be sent directly to the vet of your choosing, to assist with treatment costs for heartworm positive dogs.
✳️ Transport assistance may be available to approved adopters or rescues.
Adoption Fee: $100
Includes:
• Spay/Neuter
• Heartworm test
• Microchip
• First vaccines
• Dewormer
To submit an adoption application, please visit the county website.
