We are saddened this week to learn of the passing of one of our previous employees and dear friend, Susan Manz. Susan was one of the OG's of our clinic and was with us from just about the beginning! She played an integral role in implementing procedures and policies for the clinic as well as assembling a knowledgeable and committed team for Dr. Pendleton and our clients! She even taught our "barnacles" (Jess & Kate) everything that they know, taking them under her wings at their starts! Susan worked tirelessly for HPAH for a decade and was always quick to share her love of the musician, Brian Adams, Sci-Fi & Star Wars and classic movies with the employees and clients alike! If you ever wanted to know if the latest movies were worth seeing, you asked Susan because she always knew 😊 And you could always bet that there was a boxer in her house, or "the best breed" as she was quick to remind you, and always some cats with special needs! Despite not working for the clinic for some time, Susan will always be a huge part of the HPAH family and we will miss her dearly! We're keeping her family in our thoughts and prayers as they navigate this sad and difficult time ❤️
If any of you have memories or stories of Susan, please feel free to share them in the comment section. We would love to hear them!
