BEYOND THE ADOPTION FLOOR

When you visit the Fairfield Area Humane Society you see the adorable faces waiting for their forever homes, but have you ever wondered what happens beyond the adoption floor?

Behind the scenes, our dedicated staff and volunteers are working every day to make sure the animals in our care are safe, comfortable, healthy, and loved.

From cleaning kennels and cat condos to preparing meals, washing laundry, providing enrichment, and caring for animals who aren't quite ready for adoption. There’s always something happening!

Our doors may close, but our work never stops.

Thank you to our incredible staff and volunteers who make it all possible.
