🐾Our NEW phone and communication system is officially in place.🐾

☎️Our phone number will remain the same (661) 949-9389.

🐾When you call the office you will hear our amazing Veterinary Assistant Daniella’s voice providing you with extension options.

Option 1️⃣- If your pet is experiencing an emergency and you need to speak with someone right away. If available, a staff member will answer your call. You will not be able to leave a message and will be instructed to call back.

Option 2️⃣- This is a new feature allowing you to leave a message to request a prescription or food refill.

Option 3️⃣- Hospital Information

Option 4️⃣- Speak with a Staff Member. If available, a staff member will answer your call. If we are unavailable, you have the option to leave a voice message or ask for a call back.

🐾While we understand that having this new phone system may take some time to adjust to, please know that we are always here for you and the purpose of this system is to help us provide the best and most efficient care to our clients and patients.

💬We ALSO now have the ability to two-way text our existing clients regarding their pets. Please download the PetDesk app today to set up your account. (make sure to use the email and phone number we have in our system)
