Hello everyone,

I am writing to let you know about changes in our policies. With our books almost closed for October, and schedules already being made through December, we are busier than ever. We want to make sure that everyone is given the best service possible and part of that is enforcing our 24 hour notice policy for cancellations. Effective October 1st, 2026 this cancellation policy will be in effect.

Going forward we are requiring that cancellations that are necessary are done with at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given a $30 cancellation fee will be required to be paid prior to the next appointment, or, prior to being allowed to book another session. Continued cancellations, (those that occur 3 or more consecutive times), may result in the termination of our training agreement.

Bookings are now CLOSED for September.
We are now booking October and November.
Please remember that the sooner you can, the better off you are in scheduling.
We try our best to accommodate everyone but it truly is first come appointment basis.

Also, as we head into our busier months, please keep in mind our cancellation policy IS in effect.

As a reminder we do also offer Zoom appointments which are more scheduling friendly.

Another Field Trip Frolic in the books!

Today class took on Akron Falls Park where the theme was creating neutrality with their classmates.
Skills we worked on ranged from reaction to another dog like you see in this video, to our famous shark-bait drill where one dog holds position in the middle of a circle of the rest of the dogs who practice their loose leash walking skills around their stationed classmate.

Jazzy was so excited to be reunited with us for her lesson! As a fun surprise for a job well done, she got a fun crab cookie for after we did our training. Jazzy sure earned that cookie as she worked on practicing her skills in a busy outdoor environment; so many distractions!
