We wanted to provide an update regarding the electrical fire that occurred at our clinic on March 23. Although the exterior of the building appears unchanged, the facility sustained extensive smoke and water damage throughout.
Over the past several months, the building has been completely emptied, and the restoration process is now underway. Unfortunately, this process is expected to take several more months to complete.

As a result, we have made the difficult decision to cancel all remaining 2026 lodging reservations. If your pet has an upcoming reservation in our Pet Resort during 2026, we kindly ask that you make alternative lodging arrangements. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this challenging time.
