Save the Date! It's that time again! Cleveland Pet Care Community Night will be held Wednesday, July 29th from 6-8 p.m. at Lakewood Truck Park! As a reminder, the Cleveland Pet Care Community Night is moving from twice per year to once per year moving forward (in the summer). We look forward to seeing all of your smiling faces!
How to RSVP: Reach out to Sarah at [email protected] to be added to the RSVP List. (Although this is technically 'industry' event, feel free to bring family and friends!) Feel free to dress in your work clothes to represent your company, bring business cards, or just come dressed as you'd like! Dogs are permitted at Lakewood Truck Park if you'd like to bring your pooch and the raffle will be done around 7:30 p.m.
More Info: Sarah Chahy, owner of Sarah The Sitter, LLC, started this event in August 2023 as a way for everyone within the Cleveland Pet Care Community to get together, relax, mingle, share best practices, and network if desired.
Who Attends: Everyone from pet sitters, dog walkers, pet photographers, animal trainers and behaviorists, pet store suppliers, boarding facilities, and those in the veterinary community are invited! At each event we've had 20 to 40 plus attendees and it's been a wonderful way to get to know one another on a more personal level and learn more about everyone's businesses and areas of expertise!
Raffle & Local Charity: We have also started holding a cash raffle at each event with all proceeds going to a different local animal charity of choice! Over the years we've raised $300 for CCLAS (Citizens Committee of the Lakewood Animal Shelter), $475 for Cle Cat Project, $415 for Mutts in a Rut and $250 for Wags 4 Kids!
