On Saturday, many tuned in to watch the Derby to see what most thoroughbreds are bred to do. At Trinity Farm, many of our Thoroughbreds are retired racehorses thriving in their second careers. From the hunters and jumpers to pony camps, trail rides, costume classes, Equine Assisted Learning, and dressage—we’ve yet to find a job a Thoroughbred can’t do! Thoroughbreds are a delicate breed that require patience and understanding, but we are so proud of all of our thoroughbreds! Last time we counted we had 16 at the farm! Can you name them all?

Playing everyone’s favorite post lesson game- herd the Chickens! And while it’s definitely fun, it helps kids work on steering, bravery outside of the arena, communication, and teamwork! The horses and kids love it!
