HAPPY NATIONAL DOG DAY!

Today is all about celebrating the tail wags, wet noses, goofy personalities, and unconditional love that dogs bring into our lives every single day. 💚💙

At TLC PetSnip, we’re lucky enough to meet some pretty incredible dogs—from tiny puppies coming in for their first vaccines to beloved seniors who have been part of their families for years.

SNEAK PEEK: The madness is officially under construction...

Right now, it may look like a few innocent walls going up.

But give us a little time.

Those walls will soon become dark hallways, terrifying rooms, unexpected turns, and places where you’ll probably start questioning why you bought a ticket in the first place.

The Mad Veterinarian Haunted House is taking shape, and we’re just getting started.

We can’t show you TOO much—where would the fun be in that? But over the next few weeks, we might let a few more secrets escape from inside...

More great things are happening at TLC PetSnip!

Last week, TLC PetSnip teamed up with Dockside Veterinary Imaging to bring advanced diagnostic imaging directly to our patients. So far, three of our patients have received echocardiograms and abdominal ultrasounds right here at TLC PetSnip!

An echocardiogram is an ultrasound of the heart that allows veterinarians to see the heart in motion. It provides valuable information about the heart’s chambers, valves, blood flow, and overall function. This can help identify or better understand conditions such as heart murmurs, abnormal heart rhythms, congenital heart problems, heart enlargement, and other forms of heart disease.

For some patients, an echocardiogram can help determine why a heart murmur is present, how serious a heart condition may be, whether treatment is needed, and how safely we can proceed with anesthesia or other medical care.

Abdominal ultrasounds give us another powerful diagnostic tool by allowing veterinarians to evaluate internal organs such as the liver, kidneys, bladder, spleen, stomach, and intestines without surgery.

Our collaboration with Dockside Veterinary Imaging is another step toward expanding the level of veterinary care available to our community. Having access to advanced diagnostics can mean earlier answers, more informed treatment decisions, and better care for our patients.

We're finalizing the food truck lineup for The Mad Veterinarian Haunted House, and we're looking for a variety of local food trucks to give our guests plenty of delicious options!

Remaining availability:

October 16 — 1 food truck spot

We'd love to offer our patrons a diverse selection of food throughout the event, so we're interested in everything from BBQ, burgers and tacos to international cuisine, specialty foods, desserts and other unique concepts.
