Happy World Bicycle Day!

If your pets could ride bikes… what kind would they choose?

Dogs:
“FAST. MUST GO FAST. Also… squirrel chase mode activate button.”

Cats:
“I will sit in the basket and judge everyone we pass.”

Some pets would wear helmets.
Some would demand snacks every 3 minutes.
And at least one cat would absolutely refuse to pedal unless carried like royalty.

TLC Voucher Program Update - Link corrected

TLC has raise $15,879 towards our $50,000 goal!

Our goal is to raise funds that will allow us to provide vouchers to Polk County residents who may need financial assistance getting their pets spayed or neutered. Every shirt purchased helps move us one step closer to preventing unwanted litters, reducing shelter overcrowding, and improving the health of pets in our community.

As Memorial Day approaches, we’re taking time to honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice allows us to enjoy the freedoms we have today, and our team at TLC PetSnip holds that gratitude close to heart.

Please note that our clinic will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day. We’ll resume normal hours on Tuesday, May 26 and will respond to messages as soon as we return.

Did you know some cats are born with two different colored eyes? This beautiful condition is called heterochromia — and it makes kitties like this sweet girl extra unique!

Our gorgeous patient stopped by TLC PetSnip for her spay procedure, and we couldn’t get over those stunning eyes. One blue, one gold, and 100% adorable.

Heterochromia is usually harmless in cats and is often seen in white or partially white cats. While their eye colors may be different, they still see the world with the same curiosity, love, and sass we all know cats for. 💕

Spaying not only helps prevent unwanted litters, but it also supports a longer, healthier life for cats like this beauty. Thank you for trusting TLC PetSnip with your pets’ care!
