Did you know that traditional grooming loops can place pressure on a dog’s neck? For dogs with collapsing tracheas or other airway sensitivities, that extra pressure can be uncomfortable and potentially dangerous.

At Das Hund Haus, we take extra precautions to keep every pup safe and comfortable during their grooming experience. That’s why our educated groomer use’s a Trach Saver when appropriate. Unlike a traditional grooming loop, the Trach Saver goes around the dog’s front legs and chest area, helping to support them without placing pressure on the neck or trachea.

This simple but important tool allows us to groom sensitive dogs more safely while helping them stay comfortable throughout their appointment.

The opening ceremonies were a success… mostly.

There was one minor incident involving a Husky stealing a referee flag and several French Bulldogs refusing to leave the snack booth, but otherwise the Canine Woof Cup is officially underway.

Now the real competition begins.

Teams are battling through the group stage games while fans from around the world pack the streets of Das Hund Haus. Every day brings new victories, dramatic upsets, and increasingly questionable referee decisions.

The Canine Woof Cup has officially arrived in town.

After months of preparation, the residents of Das Hund Haus are finally welcoming teams, fans, reporters, referees, and an alarming number of suspiciously athletic Border Collies for the opening ceremonies of the biggest event in dog sports.

The stadium turf has been fluffed.
The snack stands are stocked.
The bubbles are ready.
And absolutely nobody has told the Labradors they are not allowed to eat the ceremonial soccer balls.

This week, competitors begin training, rehearsals, and final preparations before the opening match of the Woof Cup begins. Rumor has it several athletes have already been caught sneaking extra treats from the concession stands.

After weeks of exploration, our dogs have uncovered the truth of Puplantis...

It was never extraordinary because of what it looked like.

It was extraordinary because of how its dogs lived: connected to their instincts, engaged with their environment, and in balance with one another.

This week, our explorers won’t try to rebuild what was lost.
Instead, they’ll carry something far more valuable back with them:
