Absolutely amazing experience. I used their mobile “gym” treadmill service for my 3 boys. I have 2 huskies and a malinois, who are all very different. Amber and Marissa handled them with care and encouragement even though 2 of them were very unsure about it. They took the time to get them used to the movement and make them as comfortable as possible with this new experience. Although my Malinois could have gone for days without stopping, they did not try to push him and made sure he was not going to overexert himself. I highly recommend this service and this team. We had a great first experience and cannot wait to do it again!

Not All “Mental Enrichment” Toys Are Created Equal

Food puzzles and treat toys can be AMAZING enrichment for dogs
 when used appropriately.

But too much of a good thing can create problems too.

Some dogs become frustrated when puzzles are too difficult.
Some inhale treats too quickly.
Some start expecting constant food-based stimulation.
And some enrichment toys simply become calorie bombs disguised as entertainment.

Not every dog needs the hardest puzzle on the market. Sometimes simple sniffing games, short training sessions, walks, chewing, or scatter feeding are more beneficial and less stressful.

Good enrichment should build confidence — not frustration.

That’s why we pay attention to each dog’s personality, energy level, and behavior during visits instead of doing the same thing for every dog.

We had a great experience with Atta Boy! Marissa was awesome and provided us daily, thorough updates on our cats. She went above and beyond by trying to fix their water fountain when it malfunctioned. I would recommend Atta Boy categorically due to their thoroughness of vetting and attention to detail.
