Confused about Dog Training? Understandably! So much information online and opinions from family/friends, what do you do?
First let's be VERY clear: Just like children learn differently, so do dogs. There is no ONE WAY to train EVERY dog. What works for this dog might not work for another dog.
Second: Don't give up! Try something else or another trainer.
Third: Be truthful (with yourself and/or your trainer). What are you trying to accomplish? What have you tried?
Fourth: Don't be ashamed or afraid to seek professional help. If you tried and tried to fix your car and it still didn't work, wouldn't you ask a professional mechanic?
After 28 years of helping owners and their dogs A+ Dog Training has experienced the extremes of dog training. From the really scared/shy dog to the out of control/intimidating ones. From the 3 # Chihuahua to the 260 # Mastiff. From the completely frustrated owner to the owner that just wants a little better. We CAN help.
Give us a call at 815-337-5907 or drop us an email at [email protected]. Let's have a conversation about YOUR dog.
