This weekend we had our first Sound Cafe on Saturday morning and it was a lovely time! We are carrying on the nest two Saturdays of June and will continue into the Summer. Pushing back the start of the mini sound bath to 9:30 for the next two weeks. Please come, drink your coffee, and drink in the atmosphere here, it is always stunning in the morning and the animal are an amazing addition to the soundscape.

The Sounds of Silence - 1 day silent retreat.
On June 27th, Susanna Farms invites you to step out of the noise and into focus for a full day silent retreat on our farm.

We'll open together with intention setting, a sound journey, and guided meditation. Then the silence begins. Wander the farm. Sit and breathe. Groom our horses. Let the animals remind you what presence feels like. Two immersive sound baths will carry you deeper.
A nourishing morning spread will be provided, as well as a peaceful silent lunch, and an early dinner will keep you grounded. And as we gently break the silence together, something shifts.
If the day calls you to stay — a bonfire waits.

We are excited to be offering something new on Saturday mornings.

This June, we're opening the Big Barn at Susanna Farms on Saturday mornings for The Sound Cafe. There will be coffee, tea, and homemade pastries ready when the doors open at 7 — and the morning is yours to shape. Sit and sip, find a quiet corner to journal, settle into some meditation, or just let yourself breathe for a couple of hours.

At 8:30 I will be leading a 30-minute sound journey — singing bowls, breath, and stillness — right there in the barn. No experience necessary. Just bring yourself.

No pressure, no agenda. Just a peaceful place to land on a Saturday morning.

Your Mental Health Matters

A four-week therapeutic group experience for adults

Slow down.
Ground your body.
Reconnect in nature.

This therapist-led program takes place at Susanna Farms, offering a calm, supportive space for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, or emotional overwhelm. Through gentle, guided interaction with animals and group reflection, participants are supported in regulating their nervous systems, building self-awareness, and reconnecting with themselves.

This is not about fixing.
It’s about feeling safe enough to soften.

What You’ll Experience
• Therapeutic interaction with farm animals
• Mindfulness and nervous system regulation
• Exploration of boundaries and self-awareness
• Supportive group reflection
