Few reminders:
•The ONLY way to make, change or cancel an appointment is to call the shop
•The phone number is a landline and is incapable of receiving text messages-you must call the shop
•If you have a question-call the shop
•FB messenger is not reliable-you must call the shop
•If you have any issues or concerns-you should call the shop
I do not answer the phone while working on dogs to give them the proper care and attention they require while in my care. When you leave a message please include your phone number so I can return your call, otherwise I have no way to call you back. I will make every attempt possible to return calls same day, however it may take 24-48 hrs to do
There are NO set hours or days as everything is by appointment only-including nail trims
Still not accepting any new clients or dogs
There are very limited appointment slots available from now until December, as all regular clients have scheduled their whole year appointments already
If you need to cancel an appointment, you may have to wait until your next scheduled appointment to get in
**Calling the shop (716)980-6089 is the ONLY way to properly get a hold of me for any reason**
