PET TRIVIA TUESDAY - ANSWER

FALSE

Dogs are classified as omnivores, meaning they can obtain nutrients from both animal and plant-based foods.

While dogs certainly enjoy their meat, their digestive systems are adapted to utilize nutrients from a variety of food sources. 🌱🥩

BONUS TRIVIA:
Dogs have evolved alongside humans for thousands of years, and their ability to digest starches is one of the ways they differ from their wild relatives. 🐕❤️
