Just got home from the DogCo Summit, and I’m coming back with a full notebook, a full brain 😂 and a whole lot of gratitude.

There’s something really humbling about sitting in a room with so many successful pet business owners from across the country-people who are generous enough to share what they’ve learned, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and how they’re continuing to raise the bar in this industry.

After more than 20 years in business, and 2 years in the DogCo Mastermind, I think one of the most important things I’ve learned is that you never really “arrive.” There is always something to improve, something to rethink, and a better way to serve the people and pets who trust you.

I’m incredibly grateful to have opportunities like this to learn alongside other pet care business owners, exchange ideas, and bring those lessons home to Canine Concierge.

Because ultimately, that’s what all of this is about: building a stronger business, supporting our team better, and creating an even better, more dependable experience for our clients and their pets. 💜🐾

Always learning. Always improving. And still professionally obsessed with pets. 😉

One of our favorite garden centers, if you haven’t been, take your pup, grab an iced coffee and make an afternoon of it!
