🏹 She may be named after the Goddess of the Hunt, but Artemis has narrowed her focus considerably.

Her prey of choice? 🧐

The ball.

Her preferred hunting grounds?
Wherever you happen to be standing.

Her greatest desire?
That you throw it again.

And again.

And again.

Pinkie isn’t just a pretty face. This girl is sweet, affectionate, and wonderfully easygoing. She loves her people, loves attention, and is the kind of girl who is perfectly happy just being included in whatever you’re doing. 💕 She’s friendly with people of all ages and has that effortlessly lovable personality that makes you wonder how someone hasn’t scooped her up yet. 💕

Beautiful? Obviously.
Sweet? Completely.
Easygoing? Absolutely.
Those eyes? Unfair. 😍💕

This sweet senior boy may be blind, but he certainly doesn’t let that slow him down! Rosko knows exactly what he loves in life: being close to his people, soaking up affection, and finding the coziest possible place to settle in. ❤️

And when we say Rosko loves to snuggle, we mean it. Personal space? He doesn’t know what that is. 😂 Rosko will happily roll around in your lap, wiggle himself into the perfect position, and settle in like becoming one with you is the ultimate goal.

Rosko has so much love to give and is hoping to find a forever family ready to welcome him in and give him all the cozy snuggles his heart desires. 🥰

The sweetest boy, Rick, has officially found his forever home! 🏡💙

Since the day Rick came to us, he has captured the hearts of so many staff and volunteers. With his sweet personality and lovable charm, Rick quickly became a favorite around here, and while we are going to miss seeing his handsome face, we couldn't be happier to see him heading off to a family of his very own.

We have no doubt that Rick's new life will be filled with all the love, spoils, adventures, and new friends a boy could ever hope for. He has waited for this moment, and we are so excited to see what the next chapter of his life has in store.

Congratulations, buddy! We are so incredibly happy for you, and we know you are going to be loved beyond measure. ❤️🐾

You might never guess just how far Linus has come. ❤️

When Linus was rescued, he had been abandoned outside in a storage tote in the middle of December. Severely emaciated and weighing only 8 pounds, he was so weak he couldn't even stand or walk.

Today? Linus has overcome hurdle after hurdle, graduated from physical therapy, and is finally getting to enjoy life as the happy, goofy, toy-collecting boy he was always meant to be.

He loves gathering his toys into his own special pile, soaking up attention, and snorting with excitement when playtime gets especially fun. Linus is also still working on some of his manners and would love a family who is committed to continuing to guide him as he grows and learns.

This incredible boy has fought so hard for the life he has today. Now, all he needs is a family to share it with. ❤️

🎉🐾 AFTER 2,512 DAYS… GILBERT IS OFFICIALLY HOME! 🐾🎉

For the past couple of weeks, Gilbert has been spending his nights with an amazing family. What started as sleepovers and time getting to know one another quickly turned into something pretty special.

They fell head over heels in love with Gilbert, and Gilbert decided he had found his people, too.

After 2,512 days, Gilbert is officially HOME. 🏡

Gilbert first came to us on October 16, 2019 as a mischievous 10-month-old puppy. Over the past nearly seven years, he has grown up here at the sanctuary—making friends, learning, growing, and waiting for the day when his forever family would finally find him.

And that day has finally come.

A huge congratulations to Gilbert and his incredible family as they begin this next chapter together. And to everyone who has supported, cared for, loved, cheered for, and believed in Gilbert throughout the years: thank you.

Every bit of love and support helped carry Gilbert to this moment. It took 2,512 days, but it was all worth it because Gilbert's wait is finally over.

His sanctuary chapter may be coming to an end, but his happily ever after is just beginning. 🏡🐾💖

Ant Man has a lot of love to give, and he would very much like to give it to you. Preferably up close. Possibly in your personal space. 😂❤️

This goofy, affectionate baby boy approaches life with his whole heart and is always ready for an adventure, a car ride, a swim, or some quality time with his favorite people. And when it’s time to enjoy a frozen treat? Ant Man is officially unavailable—he has important business to attend to. 🍦🐾

If you’re looking for a dog with a huge heart, a big personality, and absolutely no shortage of enthusiasm for the people he loves, Ant Man might just be your guy. ❤️
