Foaling season is one of our favorite times of year. We love meeting all of the new foals and watching them grow and learn. We want to take a moment to remind you that itโs important to have the following ๐๐ฑ๐๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐-๐๐ ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐๐จ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ โฆ
๐ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ: ๐๐ค๐จ๐ฉ ๐๐ค๐๐ก๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ญ๐๐ข - to ensure that she has properly passed all of the placenta, is producing enough milk, and is recovering well.
๐ซ ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐น: ๐๐๐ฌ ๐๐ค๐๐ก ๐๐ญ๐๐ข - to check that your new foal has developed properly and that โall systemsโ are working as they should.
๐๐๐ ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ - to be sure your sweet new foal received the antibodies they need from their mom in their first few hours of life.
