Dear Winnie Canine Social Club is a kennel-free dog daycare and sleepover club in Lake Charles, LA designed for dogs who deserve a better kind of care. Comfortable living-room style lounges, thoughtful supervision, and personalized care ensure every dog feels safe, relaxed, and loved. We cater to dogs with personalities from social butterflies to the more particular pups who like their water cold,

A private grooming suite designed around the same philosophy as our Day Club — calm, personal and intentionally different.

One pooch at a time. No kennels. No waiting in a cage for hours. Just individualized attention in a quiet, private space.

And because every grooming visit includes Day Club, there’s no rush to pick up the moment your pooch is finished. They can simply settle back into the lounge and enjoy the rest of their day until you’re ready.

Meet Benji 🤎🐾

This tiny little gentleman may only weigh 3 pounds, but there’s a whole lot of personality packed into that teeny Yorkie body.

Benji was a little shy when he first arrived, taking his time to watch, settle in, and figure us all out. But once he realized he was safe and among friends, his true personality started coming out — and we’re loving every bit of it. 🥹

Meet Bitsy! 🐾💕

Rosie officially has a little sister… and at just 9 weeks old, Bitsy has already decided her main job is to torment her big sister.😂

She’s everything you’d expect from a puppy: tiny, curious, and full of mischief. She’ll have a big burst of energy, give Rosie a run for her money, and then suddenly… she’s out. 😴

Play hard. Sleep hard. Repeat.

Mabel has been to daycare before, so she walked into Dear Winnie like she already knew exactly how this whole thing worked. 😂

No nerves. No hesitation. She was immediately ready to join the group and actually ended up leading me to the lounge like, “I know where I’m going.” 😂

Safe to say Mabel is a complete natural and made herself right at home. 🤍

Both full-time and part-time positions are available at $15/hour.

As dog parents ourselves, we know how hard it can be to leave your best friend behind. Knowing they're loved, cared for, and never sitting alone in a kennel changes everything.
