Big Mack Kennel

Big Mack Kennel We are a small family kennel. We raise German Shorthaired Pointers. Our dogs are hunting companions, our kids playmates, and just part of our family.

We got Mackenzie aka Mack from Bona's Kennel in North Judson, IN when she was 8 weeks old and fell in love with the breed. She is out of their sire Balzac De La Haille Au Loup. Not only is she a beauty to look at but the ultimate athlete and companion. Mack has her first litter in 2015. A litter of 11 healthy puppies! All found forever homes where they are hunters and companions. We added Roxie to

our family in 2015 from Beck Kennels in Grinnell, IA. She is a daughter of Inka Vom Riverwoods. She has a sweet disposition and strong nose. We carefully plan our breeding and try to match our puppies with appropriate and loving homes.

Great weekend in Iowa at Highland Hunting LLC! The girls put in a lot of work over the last 3 days hunting. Mack showing the versatility of the breed with the water retrieval. 3 generations of rices hunting with 2 generations of dogs. Great way to spend dads birthday weekend making memories.
